I’m coming to the real state market with great pleasure! The pleasure of doing what I Love and the goal of doing it well, or even better, very well done!

After evaluating the market, I’ve decided to work only with PRIME properties. And to narrow the focus even more, I’ll only concentrate myself on houses located throughout Rio de Janeiro state, apartments beachfront in the Soth Zone of Rio de Janeiro, and penthouses. My main challenge will be customizing each relationship to the maximum always anchored in ethics and transparency.

The database will be done by companies which are espacialized in online research and also social media platforms, filtering products and pointing out the safest way to the clients.

I will also offer, among other possibilities, the opportunity of an exclusive management of the property sale, so that the entire pre-sale will follow the same line in communication, negotiation, legalities (legal back up), etc…

SALES MANAGEMENT

The Brazilian real estate market allows the same property to be worked on by several brokers and real estate agencies. This practice, mistaken in my point of view, can cause noise and discrepancies in communication.  The same property is announced in different ways and , many times, even with different values.  The owner doesn’t feel safe and doesn’t know the exact “temperature” of the progress of his offer.  On the other hand, the potential buyer receives a lot of different information about the same property, increasing the feeling of insecurity and, eventually, compromising his interest.

In order to make a proper offer safer for the owner, my Idea would be centralize all communication of the property with the brokers and real estate agencies that are involved, giving uniformity to the presentation, pictures, videos, etc.  The visits would be booked and accompanied by me, as well as all the eventual negotiation, collection of documentation and personal information of the interested parties, legal advice, notary, etc…
